Scott Mosher is a song writer, multi-instrumentalist, and all around musical storm that has been brooding in the prog and metal atmosphere for nearly two decades now. His last two albums with vocalist Scott Oliva have been released under the Oceans of Night moniker and feature an interesting spin on prog-metal.
